Founded by Richard Evans, a seasoned property investor and mentor, Property Spice Network is more than just a meeting; it’s a community. Richard has joined forces with Hemel and St Albans Property Network to start this new monthly networking event. Property Spice Network is an extension of the well-established Hemel & St Albans Property Network which meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Beech House in St Albans. These gatherings are a testament to the power of community in navigating the property investment landscape.

The evening starts at 7 PM with a networking session in the bar area, setting the stage for a delightful gourmet meal at 8 PM. Transition from the starter to a different spot to mingle with new faces during the main course. Finally, change seats once more to enjoy coffee and dessert.
Select one starter, one main dish, one side dish, and either rice or naan bread to complete your meal, all for a total price of £24.95. Please note that beverages are not included, and there is an additional £3.50 surcharge for Duck and Seafood selections.
